Milldane Block 1 was a 17-storey tower block on the Orchard Park Estate in North Hull, Kingston Upon Hull, England. It stood in a cluster of three with Milldane Block 2 and Milldane Block 3 and was the smallest within the cluster.

In the 1990s, Hull City Council was under pressure from the Central Government to demolish any 'social housing stock' they had on the estate, which is the category Drake House, Vernon House, Milldane Block 1 and Milldane Block 3 fell into, thus making them the first targets for demolition.

Like Drake House - the block was in good condition at the time of it's demolition. Because of this, a citizens' jury was set up to debate the issue of the demolition of the block, however the decision was already made. It was demolished by controlled explosion along with Drake House and Milldane Block 3 on the 14th July 2002.

It was in very close proximity to 'The Rampant Horse' pub, however the pub escaped the demolition with barely a scratch.
